Delete your Lilit account

You can delete your Lilit account at any time, with or without the app. Deleting an account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Before you start

If you bought a subscription in the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google manages it. Deleting the account does not cancel it, so please cancel the subscription in your store account first.

In the app

1. Open Lilit and tap “More”.
2. Choose “My account” and sign in if the app asks you to.
3. Scroll down to “Delete account” and tap “Delete my account”.
4. Tick the box to confirm and tap “Delete account”. The account is deleted, and the data on this device is cleared too.

On the website

1. Go to lilit.my/app/account and sign in with the email and password of your account.
2. Scroll down to “Delete account” and press “Delete my account”.
3. Tick the box to confirm and press “Delete account”.

If you cannot sign in

If you lost access to the app or forgot your password, ask us to delete the account:

1. Write to renvar.inc@proton.me from the email address you registered with.
2. Use the subject Delete my account.
3. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm it by email.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address and password.
• Your plan, subscriptions and access rights on our servers.
• Your messages to support.
• The link between your account and your consent record.
• Data on your device: it is cleared when you delete the account in the app. If you delete the account on the website or by email, the data stays on your device until you remove the app or use “My data” → “Delete all my data”.

What is kept

• Payment records are kept in anonymised form (without a link to you) for as long as the law requires.
• The record of your consent to our documents (the name you typed, the version of the documents, the date and time) is kept as proof for as long as the law allows or requires. If you want it deleted, say so in your email: we review each request and delete the record once that period has passed.
• Reports you sent about AI answers lose their link to your account and are deleted within 365 days.
